The Silver Threads are a four-piece band rooted in traditional country, bluegrass, gospel, and old-school rock and roll. Torch-bearers of vintage twang, they perform classics from the American songbook and original songs written with due diligence to the tradition. Expect barn-burners, close harmonies, hard shuffles, steel guitar-tinged ballads and banjo breakdowns-- honest American music.
